Too Faced Papa Don't Peach Blush Review

I recently picked up the Papa Don't Peach blush by Too Faced. The name is cute and I wanted a true peach blush. It can be worn lighly or built up for a pretty glow. It's clown-proof as you can't look like a clown even if you get too hand-happy. It has very finely milled shimmer and looks very natural. Lasts most of the day as well as long as you or anyone else doesn't rub your face. You can't see it in the pics but I wore it with MAC crazee lipstick, a light cherry red (I need a matching lip-liner) and it complimented each other very well.

Dream Interpretation- Waves

I dream every night and almost always my dreams are very vivid and clear, almost as if I enter another world entirely made up by me. I can usually see some sort of connection with my dreams to the way I am feeling or to something in real life that I am experiencing. My dreams also very often for tell the future which freaks me out.

There are lots of dream interpretation books and websites and like alot of people, I am sure alot of it is bullshit. You are really the only one who can make sense and figure out the symbols of your dreams. However, out of curiosity I sometimes search the symbols and some do make alot of sense to me.

Today, I dreamed of big waves crashing against me on the beach and me trying to hold on to a rock in order not to get smashed. I also dreamed of the sea calm and me diving into it and looking at the pretty shells. While I felt pleasant at this point, when I started to collect the shells, they were really prickly and gross and would stick to me and I couldn't get them off. This makes me think of the most common saying that "things aren't what they seem" but I don't believe it stops there. I searched waves and water symbolism. This is what I found:

-Psychological Meaning: Water usually represents our feelings and emotions. Like the waters of the womb, it can also represent security, life and birth. The nature of the water can reveal your emotional state of mind. For example, if you dream of crashing waves or rocky seas, this may show that your emotions are out of control. A fast flowing river may show emotions that are rushing ahead too fast but if the waters are peaceful then so are you.

-To dream of waves, is a sign that you hold some vital step in contemplation, which will evolve much knowledge if the waves are clear; but you will make a fatal error if you see them muddy or lashed by a storm.

- To dream that you are caught in a tidal wave, signifies the strength of your emotions, perhaps accompanied by tears that you are holding back in your waking life.

- TIDAL WAVES : A tidal wave is a very strong symbol and can simply indicate that there is something stronger and more powerful that will just sweep us away without warning. It may symbolise our wish to protect some vulnerable family member.
But tidal waves are also symbolic of our feelings. They may show that we are overcome with strong feelings on an issue. The sea in dreams symbolises the feelings we have and the land the facts about some issue. For the sea to sweep over the land shows that we are making very emotional decisions, possibly based on insufficient evidence.

-The land in dreams symbolises the facts and reality of our lives. The Water symbolises the feelings as our emotions constantly move and flow. So tidal waves will often signify moments when we are very emotional and that we are starting to see emotions as facts. They are often very temporary as we often brought back to earth soon after.

- KEY WORDS : Overcome, feelings, huge forces of change, insufficient information, jumping to conclusions

The information that I have found makes ALOT of sense in relation on I am going through right now. I definitely have lots of strong overwhelming emotions. Some of them may temporarily impair my judgement and make me jump to conclusions that are not true. Although, I always try really hard to think things through logically without emotions. I always envied people who are not very emotional, but I believe it has disadvantages to them as well.

I love big, loud waves though. They are beautiful and I enjoy hearing and watching them over small "peaceful" waves. I am not sure why but somehow the bigger, violent ones are the ones that make me feel at ease. I go to the lighthouse just for this reason.

My new IRON FIST shoes!

I love my Iron Fist flats, especially the "sugar rimmed" turquoise ones. They are super comfy. The flower ones fit a bit tighter even though they are the same size. I love the shoes from this brand, they are fun and colorful. "Made with love for a heartless world" written on each box. I don't remember the last time I felt so excited about shoes. Purchasing them gave me a bigger "high" than mac makeup.

Sugar Frosted Turquoise/black Flats - My fav of all their flats I seen.

I love the zebra pattern on the paper.

On my wishlist are these:

I love the eyeball buckle.

These are cute too, what do you think?

MAC To The Beach Collection Review

I went to MAC To The Beach Preview Party with my little sister and it was very fun! I thought it would be overcrowded which would make me want to get my stuff and leave very soon but it wasn't at all. I was in the third group at 8pm. I had lots of fun swatching everything (multiple times) and took my time deciding what I want. (It's a complex process).

The watered down pineapple cocktail and appetizers weren't very good but that's not what I came for anyways. I took one appetizer without listening to what the man had said it was(I never listen) and it turned out to have avocado and Brussels sprouts inside ewwww. I didn't want to be rude and throw it out so I just ate it. I should have thought more about the mans look on his face when I picked it up which clearly read "Are you really accepting my offer?".

There were 2 guys in tight orange beach shorts making necklaces and my sister stole mine so I didn't have a pic to post. They look exactly the same as other peoples necklaces so they were prolly taught guidelines in making them even thought the guy said he made it just for us. haha

I love anything beachy (being a Pisces) and To the Beach is a nice collection but most of it, I felt, was very dupable. The things that stood out to me were the things I bought (duh):

Marine Life Powder: When I first came I panicked that it was sold-out because I didn't see it n the display but no it wasn't. When I saw the tester, all the gold overspray was allready gone and when I brought it home and touched a tiny part on the seahorse(You can see in the pics) it came off so easily. Good thing the color underneath is what I bought it for. I just love how bright it is! The brighter the better as with proper application it make you look very refreshed.

Sweet & Punchy e/s: Love this! I was worried this was to similar to the Too Faced Lucky Charms Duo but it is way more yellow. I don't have rater R or other similar colors I am very happy with it. I also love the Veluxe Pearl finish. This color would even be very pretty with neutral colors like Satin Taupe and not just other greens/teals.

I also loved the packaging much more in person! I think the sea-shell look really cute.

Thrills l/s: I am cool-toned and very fair but this doesn't look orange on me or anything. I don't really know how to describe it, but I think I would put it in the coral category. I wouldn't really say it is pink or rose colored. This looks much prettier outside in the sun where the golden duochrome is more apparent.

Not part of this collection, I also got the Superglass in Fab Frenzy. I had no interest in even looking at them but when I saw it beside the To The Beach tester, I fell in love with all the pretty sparkles. It doesn't look purple on the lips, it's more plum with violet glitter. It reminds me of a sultry mermaid color. haha.

EDIT: After wearing this gloss a few times, I came to a conclusion that I don't like it. It's not as sparkly as it looks in the tube and too goopy/sticky. Heavier than lipglasses. The smell is not very noticable but doesn't have MAC's vanilla scent like in the dazzleglasses/lipglasses etc. The chunky glitter feels gritty and scratchy if you rub your lips together.

Other stuff from the collection I looked at but didn't get:

Funbathing lipstick: I was going to get this but it really disappointed me in person. It looked brown instead of the pretty plum I saw in swatches. I also didn't see any duochrome in it that was supposed to be there. I tried it on to be sure, and nope I didn't like it one bit.

Lazy Day l/s: This was pigmented and creamy but the color is not unique by any means. I feel like MAC always releases this shade.

EDIT: I got this when I exchanged my superglass and I love it. I think this would look best on cool toned people. When I tried it on my lips, I realized I don't have a pink like it. It's a very creamy natural looking pale pink on me.

Fluerry of Fun l/g: This had a peachy/orange base with green glitter. I wasn't wowed by it or thought that I must have this. It's prolly a nice gloss for people who like peach glosses (I don't really), but I didn't find it unique at all with all the dazzleglasses Ive seen. I was turned off by the orange color in it.

Beachbound: Very sheer and the color that does show up is mostly frost. It's a glaze so I am not surprised.

Bronzing oil: This didn't feel oily at all or sticky after being rubbed in. However, it didn't leave any color or made the skin look shiny which is what I wanted. It left a big concentration of glitter which was not finely milled by my standards. I have a self tanner by Dior which also contains sparkles and they are way more smaller, yet still quite visible. The bronzing oil didn't have any particular smell. Personally, I would prefer a nice light smell.

Float-on by Kohl Pencil: This was very pretty and creamy, but on the lids it prolly doesn't look much different from other teal liners I have. How many teal liners does one need? I hope I don't get weak-kneed and get this when this collection releases.

EDIT: This is similar color to UD Flipside liner except that Float is more blue and slightly darker. I tested the smudge factor on both liners and Float was definately more easier to smudge.

Bronzers: Didn't pay attention to these because I rarely wear bronzer and one bronzer from the too faced beach palette is all I need. What I hate about cream products though is that hairs always get stuck in it.

Make-up look Coming soon! ;P

I love Tulips Make-up Look

I love Tulips!

I haven't used my "Most Popular" lipstick from the MAC Hello Kitty collection for a long time so I thought Id give it some love. I rarely wear dark lipstick but I do love wearing it. I added some loreal sparkly glam shine gloss in "seductress" on top for an extra shine. It's been sunny lately so it makes me giddy as I am solar-powered. ;P

Pop Beauty Petal Jam Lip Balm Review & Tarina Tarantino Skull Bracelet

I got a Tarina Tarantino skull bracelet and I love it alot! I still think it is overpriced for what it is but it's really cute and I love how the pink eyes glow/sparkle in the evening. It's comfortable and fits my tiny wrist perfectly.

On to the lip balm by Pop Beauty in "Budding Berry". It resembles jam in a jar which appeals to me as I like the idea of jam on my lips haha. It smells jammy/candyish too. I found the smell kinda annoyingly sweet in the store but at home it's very nice. It's clear, shiny, and mousturizing on lips. It looks like I am wearing clear lipgloss. It also tastes sweet and I like how the smell lingers for a while while on your lips. It contains Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Vitamin E and it says you can also use it on cuticles and elbows, although I intend on using it mostly on my lips.

Budding Berry the only balm out of the three that actually looks/smells like jam in the pot.

The screw on top took alot of force for me to open and right away and you see a chunky/fluffy texture that looks edible. You don't have to scrape the top to get it out as you do with alot of balms. The other lighter pink jam texture was alot more hard so it took more force to get it out.
